How to Increase Weapon Affinity in Monster Hunter World? Negative-affinity weapons immediately seem like something you want to get rid off asap, but that’s not necessarily the case. Now, a weapon can have positive, negative, or neutral. Affinity is only shown numerically in the players profile. It is earned by killing enemies, hacking terminals, completing objectives/Missions, using Warframe powers, or picking up Affinity Orbs.
